My commissions start at $105. This will get the client, at most, 3 minutes of original music on a single track.

Prices are subject to change over time.

Rights to my music will be an additional, negotiable price. Otherwise, I retain all rights to my music.

I need to know what the client's project is about if I am to work on it with them. This serves for multiple reasons, mainly for understanding the vibes and themes that I may want to offer.

All payments are required up front.

Sometimes I will post WIPs (Work In Progress) of commissions online, if the client wishes for this project to remain private, please specify and we can discuss further.

The client cannot make money off of my music unless I give my permission in writing.

Monetized work with my music may have negotiable price changes to their commission.

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to: Uncomfortable or aggressive behavior, discriminatory comments or content, and lack of respect for my terms and conditions.

Lyrics and vocals both come with extra upcharges.

I require audio references for the genre and theme.

If I'm not familiar with working on a particular genre, I will let the client know.

Any attempts to circumvent my terms, or find loopholes, will have the client's commission cancelled and the client blacklisted from future commissions.

If a client is to post my music, or post a project with my music attached, they are to give credit regardless of owning the rights or not.

Crediting me includes my full name (Jordan Fries) and my username (UpgradedMoon).

I reserve all rights to display my music on my personal channels, or in my discography, regardless of owning the rights or not.

Clients have to be 18 years or older.

All payments will be handled through paypal.

Clients can ask to know where they are in queue.

All clients have a right to privacy. Clients cannot, for any reason, ask for the private information of other clients, nor the details of their commission.

I will send audio updates on the progress of the music.

The client is allowed one major change, and three minor changes. Any more will be upcharged.

Anyone who isn't the client is not allowed to use the commission for personal use (like selling, reposting, editing, ect.) under any circumstances unless permission is explicitly given by both me and the client. New terms may be discussed if my music is being sold externally.

If someone is to lyricize my orchestral music, or cover my music in any way, I require that they reach out to me and ask for permission first. I reserve to right to reclaim my musical properties (genuinely I love the idea of someone covering my work, I just require that I'm in the loop about it, thats all).

Commissions will be done in the order of when I receive them and when reference has been provided.

Once the commission is finished and approved, requests for corrections will be denied.

No refunds will be issued once the commission is finished. No exceptions.

These terms are not the end-all-be-all of my rules. If I have to make a new rule because of a situation I did not anticipate, I still reserve the right to refuse service, and blacklist the client from future commissions.
